    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Please ensure the sanitizer is 200 ppm for food contact surfaces as stated on the label. We made up a solution with a measure so staff could see how to make a 200 ppm QUAT solution. Please ensure there are easy directions for volunteers to follow. Also, do not use old food containers (i.e plastic drinking bottle) to decant chemical into and ensure everything is clearly labeled.
