      • Tweezer for waxing is not stored in a clean manner once it is disinfected. Ensure that tweezer is stored in a clean manner.

      • Reprocessing sink in the back is a stainless steel mop sink that is also used as a staff lunch area sink. Bits of food was noted to be in the sink strainer. Discussed with operator that staff must not use this sink for any food purposes - it is only for washing instruments. Operator is aware and states they will no longer use it for food. There is a shelf adjacent to sink used for storing instruments. It is recommended to place a tray on the shelf so that the table is more easily cleanable.
