- Tweezer for waxing is not stored in a clean manner once it is disinfected. Ensure that tweezer is stored in a clean manner.

- Operator does not include a dry step after cleaning instruments with soap and water. Ensure that instruments are dried prior to placing it in CS20 solution.Operator does not keep logs of CS20 efficacy test. Ensure you keep a high level disinfectant log.

- Reprocessing sink in the back is a stainless steel mop sink that is also used as a staff lunch area sink. Bits of food was noted to be in the sink strainer. Discussed with operator that staff must not use this sink for any food purposes - it is only for washing instruments. Operator is aware and states they will no longer use it for food. There is a shelf adjacent to sink used for storing instruments. It is recommended to place a tray on the shelf so that the table is more easily cleanable.
