      • The bottom shelf of the standup cooler was damaged and ripped. Repair/replace the bottom shelf such that it is smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Some brown sludge build up was observed at the top of inside the ice machine. Remove the build up, clean and disinfect the inside of the ice machine.

      • Some dirty buildup was observed around the grease trap and along edges and corners of the walls. Clean the above mentioned areas.
