      • The Quat sanitizer at the front was measured at 0 ppm.A new solution was prepared by the operator which was tested to be at 200 ppm.-Ensure that the Quat sanitizer is at 200ppm and is regularly tested.

      • The Quat test strips had expired.-Please purchase a valid Quat test strips and always check for the expiry date.
