- There was no detectable chlorine in the sanitizing solution used for storing knives in the sandwich prep line. Fresh solution was prepared during the inspection, and 100 ppm free chlorine was detected. Recommended to stir the solution after adding powder chlorine to ensure it dissolves completely in the water.
