- Small sandwich prep cooler located across cooking equipment was at 11C (measured with probe) - small amount of low risk foods and some sliced deli meat was stored in this cooler since the morning (about 2 hours) - please ensure only small amount of perishable foods is stored in this cooler and used within maximum 2 hours until the cooler is either serviced or replaced. As per discussion with the manager, new cooler has been ordered and might be onsite tomorrow.
