     • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Inadequate QUAT sanitizer concentration. (Public Health significance) - Manual dish washers using QUAT sanitizer must provide a minimum concentration of 200 ppm as required to effectively sanitize dishware
     • Corrective Action: Upon request the operator replaced the sanitizer solution with a new one. Ensure sanitizer are tested regularly and changed when required or between 2 to 4 hours.
