      • Observation: The handle of the mug for scooping touches the corn kernels. (Public Health Significance) - mug handle are frequently contaminated by hands and will cross contaminate the corn kernels.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to remove the mug from the corn kernels. Scoops should be stored in a dedicated container separately from the food.
