      • The foot scrubber, the nail clippers and cuticle clippers were not adequately cleaned before disinfection. There were leftover debris on the surface and hard-to reach areas. Thoroughly clean and visually inspect the tools prior to disinfection. Use a brush to scrub the debris from the tools. The operator thoroughly cleaned the tools during the inspection.
