      • There were far more dishes onsite that previously discussed that was required for the breakfast program. Facility will need to consider bringing in a commercial dishwasher in the future. Extended time is provided for the purchase and installation.Repeat violation observed **Feb 4th 2025***There was a pile of reusable dishware in the kitchen cabinet. Staff confirmed that reusable dishes is only being used for breakfast which is provided for not more than 10 kids at a time.- Remove all reusable dishes from the kitchen. Use only disposable dishware in the kitchen till the commercial dishwasher is installed. - As the kitchen is not equipped with a two-compartment sink, reusable dishware will only be limited to not more than 10 children participating in the breakfast program when the commercial dishwasher is installed. - Reduce food handling to ready to eat and premade foods only.

      • There was no bleach solution in the kitchen. Please ensure that the kitchen always has a bleach solution available to disinfect surfaces between snacks.
