- The operator was selling a hot-dog cheese bun as a low-risk home prepared food at the 2024 Chinatown Street MarketMeat products of any form are not allowed to be prepared or sold under low-risk home prepared food legislation.Inspector ordered the operator to stop selling the foods, in which the operator removed these items for sale. Later inspection demonstrated that the operator continued to follow this order.REQUIREMENT: Do not sell any low-risk home prepared food products in which any ingredient contains meat. Contact a Public Health Inspector if there are any questions on what can and cannot be prepared/sold.
