      • -Knives were stored in the kitchen drawer, accessible to children. Please secure knives or store them above children’s reach.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • -Squishy jelly cubes in the Kinder Room did not have a non-toxic label. Please remove and ensure that all craft supplies have a non-toxic label.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • -Facility does not have sufficient first aid supplies. Ensure that required first aid kits are available on-site.

    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Several handawashing sinks throughout the facility were missing liquid soap and/or paper towels including the toddler room (no soap), toddler room bathroom (no paper towel in dispenser), the 2 bathrooms across the kitchen (no paper towel), and the preschool room (no paper towel). Ensure all handwashing sinks are equipped with liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispensers.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Alcohol wipes in a first aid kit expired in 2015 - please replace the wipes and ensure all first aid kits are regularly inspected (at least monthly) and supplied.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • A few handwashing sinks had plumbing issues including:-handwashing sink is clogged in OSC room-bathroom handwashing sink in OSC room is leaking at the P-trap-handwashing sink in preschool room is not operational (no hot or cold running water)Ensure all handwashing sinks have both hot and cold running water and have no plumbing leaks.
