- Hot water temperature at the OSC sink was at 52C. The recommended maximum for taps that the children can access is 49C.The hot water temperatures in the two OSC washrooms were 47.8C and 48.8C.The other three program areas had temperatures in between 28 to 33C.*The facility is planning to replace sinks/plumbing in coming months.

- There was a bottle of bleach under the sink of the preschool washroom which the children could easily access. Violation corrected during inspection.

- Blue change mat kept in preschool washroom is ripped and should be removed and replaced.

- In the infant room there is a tree cutout which is stapled to the wall. The bottom of it is torn and damaged. Removed the damaged sections so that it does not become a choking hazard.
