- Observation(s): Front food display cooler near the food service area was measured at approximately 12°C. Food was relocated to working cooler and operator was instructed to ensure this display cooler can maintain foods consistently at or below 4°C.

- Observation(s): The sanitizer dispenser for the meat cutting area sink was not dispensing quat properly. The operator was instructed to have the dispenser fixed and to use the food service area dishwashing sink until it could be repaired.
