- Observation(s): Ant bait traps were present in the production facility. Operator was requested to remove these traps and use alternative solutions.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): The sanitizer dispenser was not producing the quat sanitizer solution at the appropriate concentration. Staff were instructed to manually mix the sanitizer solution until the dispenser was properly functioning.
- F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
