- Observation(s): The quat sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing properly. The solution in the dishwashing sink and spray bottles was measured at 0-50ppm. The operator was instructed to have the machine repaired and recalibrated before using. The operator made a bleach and water sanitizer solution for the sink and spray bottles for use until the quat dispenser could be addressed.
