- Gum has been removed from waterslide stairs. The windowsills located at the top of waterslide had fingerprint smudges and were dirty. Please clean. Add task to monthly cleaning schedule. Repeat.

- There was gum located on one stair going up to the top of the waterslide. Remove gum. The windowsills located at the top of waterslide had fingerprint smudges and were dirty. Please clean. Add task to monthly cleaning schedule.
- 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
- Anti-entrapment compliance checks have been added to records and will be checked daily. Pool chemical parameters are not tested frequently enough. Parameters must be monitored 30 minutes prior to opening and every 2 hours thereafter.
- 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- Signage is on order. Facility is currently waiting for shipment.
