- 22(5) Where an order is served on a person to whom it is directed, that person shall comply with the order forthwith or, where a period of compliance is specified in the order, within the time period specified.
- You must comply with the Closure order issued on May 29, 2025 pursuant to Section 20 of the Health Protection Act.
- 66(1) No person shall hinder or obstruct a medical officer, public health nurse or public health inspector in the exercise of powers or carrying out of duties or functions under this Part and the regulations.
- You must not hinder or obstruct a Public Health Inspector in the exercise of powers or carrying out of duties or functions under this Part and the regulations.
- 82(1) No person shall operate a food establishment, unless exempted by an administrator, without first having obtained a permit from an administrator.
- You must stop operations until you obtain a Food Establishment Permit.
