      • Deep-fried foods under the heat lamps measured between 45-50°C. The operator adjusted the heat lamps so that they are closer to the foods to bring them up to > 60°C.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Staff washroom door was open. The door was promptly closed. Ensure this door remains closed at all times.
