- A food container was left on top of the handwashing sink. The container was moved by the operator. Hand sinks are not to be used for storage of containers or cleaning utensils to ensure that sinks are accessible and encourage handwashing.

- There is an accumulation of dust/debris on the outside of the vent canopy over the pizza oven and on the adjacent ceiling tiles.There is a buildup of debris on the floor around the stand mixer. Stand mixer requires cleaning.
