      • Spray bottles containing sanitizer are inadequately labeled to indicate the nature of the contents. The operator must label all bottles and sprayers when filled with chemical.
      • Comments Refrigeration temperatures are correctly monitored. Handwashing and utensil washing facilities are correctly maintained. Dishwasher operator is correct. Sanitizer strength is correct (200 ppm quat). Food storage practices are correct. No signs of pests. This premises is found to be very clean and well organized. Food Safe trained supervision is provided.
