- 1.A utensil holder is noted to be made of textured wood and is not smooth and easily cleanable. 2.The garbage bin has a lid that has to be opened by hand each time garbage is tossed into the bin which can potentially contaminate hands during food preparation.1.The utensil holder must be repaired or replaced to be non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable.2.Ensure that the garbage can be discarded easily during food preparation without needing to touch the lid.
