- Cleaning cloths were being stored inside buckets containing 0ppm sanitizer. Facility to ensure these buckets are frequently replaced to ensure it always tests ≥200ppm quat. This was changed and corrected during the inspection.

- No sanitizer was found in the buckets used for cleaning cloths, and the sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing any solution. Staff will manually mix the sanitizer solutions until the dispenser is repaired.

- A black garbage bag was being used to cover food equipment. Do not use garbage bags for storing food or covering food equipment. Only food-grade plastic bags are to be used.
