    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • There was no sanitizer at the manual dishwashing sink in the main kitchen area. Please ensure there is sanitizer at a proper concentration to allow for proper wash, rinse, sanitize and air-dry procedure to be conducted.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • 1) Evidence of shelled boiled eggs and prepared waffle mix in a measuring cup, observed in the kitchen fridge. An induction hot plate, a used waffle maker was observed by the kitchen area. Although, manager stated that the boiled eggs are for a staff member: Food intended for personal consumption must be stored separately from food used for service to prevent cross-contamination.Also, ensure all personal food items are clearly labeled and stored in a designated area away from service food. Remove any equipment or food items not associated with approved menu offerings.2) Permit observed properly displayed where easily viewable by the public.
