    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Water was observed to be dripping from a light fixture. During the process of identifying and addressing the dripping water, a rack of buns was contaminated with the water from the back side of the ceiling tiles and light cover. Assistant manager saw this water contact the rack of buns and immediately removed all contents of the rack from the supply and discarded.

      • The staff washroom opens into the food preparation area and is not self-closing.***Please ensure that the staff washroom door is equipped with a self-closing mechanism. ***

      • 3 compartment sink sanitizer measured to be 0ppm, operator replaced with new sanitizer, quats found to be at 200ppm - Corrected during inspection. Please ensure testing is being done frequently.

      • Hand sink at front of house has been converted to a dump sink, A hand sink may be required for front of house staff, please look into restocking the sink with paper towel and soap.
