- Two opened food cans were stored in the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection.- Operator is to ensure, once canned food item is opened, food should then be transferred to a food-grade container.

- Front hand sink was being used to wash small dishes as utensil drying rack was observed at the hand sink.- Operator is to ensure hand sink is exclusively used for handwashing.

- Mice traps were observed on-site, but no pest control records were maintained at the time of inspection. The operator mentioned to have been conducting periodic pest control checks.- Please maintain pest control records on-site at all times.- Operator will be emailed AHS monthly pest control checklist.

- Operator was not able to demonstrate proper use of the 3-compartment sink for dishwashing purposes. Proper sanitizing step was not followed, as operator was using bleach sanitizer before washing and rinsing the dishes. - Operator was informed on how to properly use the 3-comp sink for sanitization. Operator was also instructed to establish one-way flow of dirty to clean utensils.- Ensure to fully submerge all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the available 100-ppm chlorine solution for atleast 2 minutes to sanitize.

- 1. Hand soap dispenser at the back sink was not functioning properly. New hand soap bottle placed at the sink.2. No paper towel was observed at the front hand sink. Paper towel was installed at the hand sink during the inspection.- Ensure all handwashing sinks are fully stocked at all times with soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water supply.
