- No temperature logs were available.Please ensure temperature logs are created and implemented into daily use for monitoring temperature control equipment. Ensure all cold holding equipment is monitored at least daily, and ideally twice daily (AM/PM).Please also ensure a hot holding temperature log is implemented which tracks temperatures reached during cooking, temperatures while stored prior to transport, and temperatures at the service location to confirm foods are maintained above 60°C, or if below, reheated to 74°C prior to being served.

- The facility did not have test strips available for verifying the chlorine sanitizer solutions.Please ensure chlorine test strips capable of confirming sanitizer concentrations within the range of 100–200 ppm are acquired and used regularly to confirm all sanitizer solutions are within the effective range.

- The facility conducts its own pest control, however no monthly pest control records were available to confirm that routine pest control checks are being completed.A pest control record template was emailed to the operator.Please ensure the template is printed, filled out every month, and maintained in a book or binder and stored on site, so pest control records are available for review during future inspections.
