- 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:
(c) that the surfaces and materials are durable, non-toxic and are easy to maintain, clean and sanitize;
- Observed the wall above the double door silver fridge to have accumulation of debris. Clean wall. Observed the wall behind the hand wash sink to have some accumulation of debris. Clean wall.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Observed cleaning was required for the following items: the outside of the doors to the stand up fridge, the small double door silver fridge and stand up freezer, the small shelving unit next to the deep fryer, the shelves above the small double door fridge, the shelf that holds the dry food storage containers.
