What these findings mean

Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.

  • Cleaning and sanitizingHigher risk

Anything that touches food, such as cutting boards, dishes and utensils, must be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Inspectors check dishwasher temperatures, sanitizer strength and how wiping cloths are stored. Poor sanitizing lets bacteria survive from one use to the next.

Recorded once on October 5, 2026. For example: Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?

  1. Monitoring Inspection

    1 infraction

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No sanitizer spray bottles or clean-in-place buckets were prepared upon arrival, and a used cleaning cloth was stored on a cutting board. The operator prepared a 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution, confirmed its concentration using test strips, and placed the used cleaning cloth in the solution.---Please ensure chlorine sanitizer is prepared at the beginning of each day and tested regularly to confirm it remains within the effective range of 100–200 ppm. Remake the solution when it falls outside this range. Used cleaning cloths must remain stored in the sanitizer solution when not in use to prevent contamination from transferring to other surfaces and to support effective sanitization.
