- The hand sink was operational, however, it was not supplied with hand soap, paper towels, or a garbage can. The soap and towel dispensers had not yet been mounted on the wall; operators expected this to be completed in the coming days and will send PHI a picture of the hand sink.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- A small freezer chest was observed to have standing water and a strong odour of rot when opened. Operators noted that the freezer will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and will send pictures of this to PHI.
