- Soap dispenser at the dishwashing sink in the back room was not dispensing soap.

- Recurring violation:Mouse droppings were noted at the back storage room/mechanical room.Clean and thoroughly disinfect the contaminated surfaces.Seal all possible entry points such as gaps at floor-wall joints and holes in walls.Remove equipment that is no longer in use such as the cardboards and boxes close to the ice cream freezers in the back storage room.
