      • Water bottles were stored directly on dirty floor in walk in cooler, flats of water bottles and cans were stored directly on floor in back storage area.(This is repeat violation from previous inspection)Requirement:Store food/drinks at least 15 cm off the floor.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • No thermometer was provided in cooler being used to store creams.Requirement:Provide thermometer in the cooler.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dirt buildup on floor in one area of walk-in cooler and in back storage area.Requirement: Clean the above noted areas.
