    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Storage box was made from raw wood. - Repair/ replace the storage box so that it is smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 1) Quat's sanitizer was measured at 150 ppm. - The operator replaced the sanitizer with a new one and it was measured at 200 ppm.2) The operator was reusing the cleaning cloth, and the cloth was not stored in a sanitizer solution. - The operator replaced the cleaning cloth with a new cleaning cloth and was made aware that the cleaning cloth must be replaced after each use or be stored in a sanitizer solution in between use.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The wooden toys were worn off; paint was coming off or was rough to touch. - Replace/ repair the toys such that the toys are easily cleanable, smooth and non-absorbent to moisture.
