      • The handwash sink was blocked by a food cart, restricting access. Handwash sinks must remain accessible at all times to allow proper hand hygiene. The operator relocated the cart to restore full access.

      • The hood fan was observed with a heavy accumulation of grease and debris. Hood fan maintenance was overdue since December 2025. The operator was advised to contact the service provider to arrange for cleaning.Heavy grease buildup in the hood fan presents a fire hazard and impairs ventilation, compromising air quality and safety in the food preparation area.

      • Pest control report was not available during the inspection. A report was to be emailed but was not received.
