      • The operators were using cardboard to store fried chicken. The cardboard was previously used to store raw chicken. Food containers or packages must be smooth, durable, and easy to clean. Reusing cardboard packaging used for raw chicken increases the risk for contamination. Refrain from using carboard to store food as the material cannot be cleaned. The operator discarded the fried chicken at the time of the inspection.

      • ***Outstanding violation - noted - January 8, 2026***Bowls with food were found stacked on top of each other, causing the food to be in contact with the bottom of the bowls. Solutions were discussed with the operator on-site.***Use a food safe partition between bowls to prevent cross-contamination like:- Food safe lids- Food safe cellophane wrap- Food safe parchment paper

      • There were two ceiling tiles that were cracked and had moisture damaged. Replace the ceiling tiles and ensure the surface is smooth, durable and easy to clean.

      • Duct tape found around the wooden wok brush handle. Duct tape can trap contaminates and harbor the growth of harmful pathogens***Remove duct tape from the wooden wok brush handle or replace utencil

      • 1. There is dust, debris, grime underneath the three-compartment sink. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Thoroughly clean the indicated area. 2. There was what appears to be mice droppings, urine, and fur underneath the cashier till. Previous pest control report indicated no activity. Safely clean and sanitize the indicated area and monitoring for reoccurring activity.

      • Bamboo wok brushes had duct tape around the handle. Please remove the duct tape and replace the brushes if they are in disrepair. Duct tape is not a cleanable surface and can harbor pathogens leading to cross-contamination.
