- Several trays of ice cream cones were laid out uncovered. Uncovered food is subject to possible contamination. Staff covered during inspection. Please ensure cones are protected from contamination.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- The doorway and sides of the door to the large walk-in freezer have mold growth on them and the paint is missing is some areas. Remove all mold growth and ensure the surfaces are smooth, resurfaced where necessary and washable.
