- Observation(s): No food safe sanitizer solution was observed in the kitchen for sanitizing food contact surfaces, and the staff was noted unaware of the sanitizer being used in the kitchen. Observed sanitizer dispenser was not working and/or not properly labelled for food safe sanitizer. Fix the sanitizer dispenser, and ensure staff sanitize food contact surfaces with a sanitizer (i.e., quats @200 ppm).
