Informed the operator to consult with a building contractor to seal the hole while still providing access to plumbing components when needed. 1. There was a large hole in the wall underneath the ice well in the bar area. 2. There was a large hole in the wall near the ice machine. All walls must be maintained in good condition to facilitate cleaning and pest harborage. Repair the walls and ensure the surface is smooth, durable, and easy to clean.

In the meantime, use the dishwasher on the main floor to wash and sanitize food equipment and utensils.
