      • Single use dishes used for portioning were being re-used and stored with the food items. Single use dishes are to only be used once, and then discarded. Containers and dishes are not to be stored on top of food items unless there is a handle. The single use containers were removed once noted.

      • Tape was being used to cover the holes of the prep cooler cutting boards. Determine a more permanent solution as tape is not smooth, non-porous and easy to clean and will harbour food pathogens.The tape was removed once noted.
