      • Tap at three compartment sink was leaking. Repair.

      • Beverage cooler in front was leaking water onto floor. Repair.June 11, 2026 - Cooler had been turned off and was not in use but was still leaking. Manager stated that cooler would be replaced in the coming days.

      • 1. Floors had a build up of dirt and grime along walls, around equipment legs and underneath equipment. Clean and ensure these are added to a regular cleaning schedule. 2. Walls around three compartment sink were dirty. Clean.3. Silicone caulking around sink was mouldy and in disrepair. Clean and repair or remove and replace.June 11, 2026 - Manager was completing cleaning at time of inspection. Front of house flooring had been cleaned, however some areas in back still required cleaning.

      • There was a gap visible in corner underneath back exterior door. Install/repair weatherstripping so that door closes tightly.

      • Quats sanitizer measured 0ppm initially. Dispenser was adjusted and buckets were replaced during the inspection. Ensure quats sanitizer measures 200ppm.

      • Test strips for the quaternary ammonium (quats) sanitizer were not available. Obtain quats test strips and ensure sanitizer is tested regularly.

      • Spray nozzle at dishwashing sink was dripping. Repair leak.
