- Some debris is observed on the bottom surface of the coolers (under the racks) and on the floor under the right glassware-washing machine.
- Thoroughly clean the bottom of the coolers and the floor section. Comments A routine inspection was conducted today. The coolers are at 4°C. The hand sinks are well equipped. The two glassware-washing machines are sanitizing properly; chlorine measures 50 to 100 ppm in the final rinse cycle. Overall, The Clubhouse facility is clean, organized, and well maintained.
