      • There is some wall damage and peeling paint above the upper shelf located above the chest freezer near the cookline.
      • Repair the wall, and repaint with glossy white paint. Comments A routine inspection was conducted today. The coolers are at 4°C. Temperature logs are available and up to date. The hand sink is well equipped. Sanitizer is available at 200 ppm Quat in the spray bottle. The dish machine is sanitizing properly; chlorine is at 50 ppm in the final rinse cycle. Both chlorine and quats sanitizer test strips are available. Overall, the facility is clean and maintained. The floor surface has been repaired; patches are visible.
