Hand washing station is supplied with hot water on demand, hand soap and paper towel. Quats surface sanitizer measured with test strips, ensure concentration does not exceed 400ppm. Surfaces are non-porous and easily cleanable. Vent hood above oven functions properly and no deep fryer on site. All coolers 4°C and freezers -18°C or less.
