      • As discussed, ensure that prefilled juice is not stored on the counter.Ensure that milk is stored in a full ice bath.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Ensure that hand sinks are accessible and that items are not stored adjacent to handsinks as discussed on site.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Please ensure the following:1. Dish pit area requires thorough cleaning behind and underneath equipment.2. Replace cracked tiles.3. General cleaning of hard-to-reach areas in the kitchen is required specifically behind and underneath equipment.4. The vent in the back area has build up evident; food prep is done in this area and blowing air in that area. Please consider relocating the food prep area in your upcoming construction; in the interim, please contact an HVAC professional to determine how the air blower can be repositioned to divert air flow in a different location if possible.5. Ensure that all areas in the kitchen that have nicks in the walls and flooring are repaired/ replaced.
