      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold table cooler in upstairs kitchen above 4C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure no potentially hazardous foods are stored in cold table cooler. Adjust/reapir so that a temperature of 4C can be maintained. A few items (soup) removed from cooler.

      • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottles in lower cafe - insufficient sanitizer concentration. Dishwasher in upstairs kitchen - detergent and sanitizer jugs empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least 200ppm quats at all times in sanitizer bottles. Ensure at least 50ppm chlorine in final rinse of dishwasher.
