      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that QUATs surface sanitizer is at a concentration of 200ppm for effective sanitization of surfaces. Surface sanitizer solutions replaced during inspection and now registering at 200ppm. Ensure use of test strips to verify strength of solution.
