- Operator did not have a method of hand hygiene available in booth at start of event.-Ensure hand hygiene option is available in work area at all times (hand sanitizer with NPN and expiry date, or temporary handwashing station with water dispenser, soap, paper towel, and bucket to catch wastewater)-Operator said hand sanitizer was available in her vehicle. Operator must obtain it before offering services and send inspector a photo
