      • Staff was not able to locate written procedures for the following tasks:-the cleansing of skin and mucous membrane -client care in the event of an accidental skin cut or puncture-decontamination of any sink that will be used for both handwashing and equipment reprocessing (Waxing Rooms- washing tools in the handwashing sink).Provide written procedures for the following tasks.
    • 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
      • Microneedling: Lot number was not recorded on the client's records. Record the needle lot number.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • One PREempt CS20 bottle was expired in May 2025. Monitor chemical expiry date and follow the manufacturers' instructions.
