- A 2-compartment sink is used for dishwashing but steps taken were to spray utensils with sanitizer after washing and rinsing. Please ensure utensils are washed in soapy water, rinsed under the tap and then soaked in a solution of quat according to the manufacturer's instructions for 2 minutes, then air dried.
