- Written procedures template will be sent to operator to fill out any applicable procedures.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Use of isopropyl alcohol was still in use as disinfectant. Discussed with operator on needing to get a disinfectant with a DIN as a replacement and that isopropyl is no longer an acceptable disinfectant. - Operator had PREempt RTU available and was able to make the switch.
